Refund Policy:

For Live Online: Refunds Available if notification in writing is received 5 days before the course start date to Sarah@PrivOpCon.com. Amount will be reduced only by payment processing fees of about $50. A partial 50% refund available if notification in writing is received within 4 days or less of the course start date. For Self-Study:

Refunds are available for 7 days after purchase minus processing fee of $50 when notification is received in writing.
